Motivated dealers
We choose experienced HVAC companies that have a genuine interest in EarthLinked® technology and a strong desire to use proper installation methods as authorized sales representatives and dealers/installers.
Training before first installation
Dealers receive pre-installation training to assure they understand the system and can thoroughly explain the product to customers. Installers learn to select the proper system capacity and the most appropriate installation option. Software programs are available for EarthLinked dealers to perform cost analysis and load calculations. Applications and installation manuals explain the system in detail.
Hands-on training
Technical training is followed by practical training in the field. During the dealer’s first-installation, EarthLinked technicians and sales representatives may be available to assure that all installers understand how to properly install the unit, loop system, and water heating options. Further field training and factory consultation are provided as needed.

Thorough dealer training is required to ensure that the EarthLinked system will perform to its full capacity. After all, referrals from satisfied customers are a major resource for our business and are the most convincing form of advertising.
